Files you upload

Subtitle files are processed in memory to produce the translation. We do not store, log, or share file contents. They are discarded when the translation response is returned.

Usage counters

To provide the free daily quota we store an anonymous per-IP counter (date + line count) in our CDN's key-value store. It contains no personal information and expires automatically after 48 hours.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs for security and abuse prevention.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party providers. We never see or store card details.
